The project is located on the northeast corner of Palomar and Clinton Keith just 1 mile west of Interstate 15 and Clinton Keith in Wildomar, California. This 3.26 acre Center is comprised of a 17,272 sq.ft. Rite Aid Drug Store with a 9,560 sq.ft. shop building.

D.H. Holdings, Inc. had joined forces with Combined Properties in 03′-04′ with the intention of developing the property thru stabilization. At this point, Combined Properties has taken the lead role in the completion of the development including the execution of the remaining shop Tenants. Rough grading is complete and the commencement of construction has occurred in April ’07.
