Tara brings to D.H. Holdings, Inc. over 18 years of experience in Real Estate and Commercial Property Management. Prior to joining DH Holdings, Tara worked for DPI Retail out of El Segundo, CA as Corporate Director of Property Management responsible for all aspects of property management for DPI’s 1.2 million square feet of retail portfolio as well as 3rd Party properties. Tara’s responsibilities included;leading a team of regional and onsite managers focused on efficient high-quality operations and exceeding companies’ goals, as well as overseeing capital and tenant improvements, implementing lease renewals and managing all general maintenance.
