Gregg is currently leasing and consulting for DH Holdings, Inc. in their ground up development of Wildomar Square in Wildomar, CA.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his current work, Gregg was a Senior Vice President \/ Senior Market Officer at Regency Centers Corporation for 17 years and oversaw asset management, property management, leasing and redevelopments in Southern California and Nevada. Prior to joining Regency Centers, Gregg was Vice President\/Regional Officer with Pacific Retail Trust (1996-1999), which merged with Regency Centers Corporation in February of 1999. During his 34 year career, Gregg has also served in a leasing capacity for Hollis and Associates, University Redmond Corporation, The Tucker Companies, Kodash, Inc.\/William J. Stone &#038; Assoc., and C.W. Clark, Inc.\/Rancon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div  class=\"x-container max width\"  style=\"margin: 0px auto;padding: 0px 5%;\"   ><div  class=\"x-column x-sm x-1-1\" style=\"padding: 0px;\" ><div  class=\"x-text cs-ta-left man\"    ><p>He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, has a Certified Leasing Specialist designation (CLS) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of various industry committees and boards.
