Clinton Keith is currently under construction to become one of the largest Urban Arterials in the area with 4 lanes in each direction. Major tenants include Starbucks, D’Canters Wine Bistro, 7-Eleven, and Santa Rosa Day Spa. The project is located at the southwest corner of Clinton Keith Road and Hidden Springs Road, just off the I-15 Freeway. Our site is located directly in front of a newly drafted planned Community Overlay project specifically planned for the Incorporation of Wildomar. We have commenced delivery of our Tenant space and plan on being 100% leased upon our scheduled grand opening in November ’07.
