The Grease Monkey project is located in the Murrieta/Wildomar area on a 1 acre parcel at the intersection of Clinton Keith Road and Hidden Springs Road. It is a pad located behind “The Shops at Clinton Keith”. This pad had been sold in Spring of 2005 to a Grease Monkey Developer and recently reacquired by us. The project scope is to develop a GreaseMonkey Car Lube and Monkey Shine car wash. The lube section of the project will encompass 3 bays and a below grade basement for ease of automotive work. The car wash section will house a 92′ express tunnel providing wash, wax, specialty treatment, drying, and detailing options. Our franchisee has over 18 years experience and opened in March 2008.
